Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policy on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for tours and airport transfers.

Cancellations by You

Bookings cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled tour or transfer date are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date may be offered a free reschedule, subject to availability; a cash refund in this case will only be given if we are able to re-sell the booking.

Rescheduling

We're happy to help you reschedule to a different date, subject to availability, at no extra charge, provided you let us know as early as possible.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive at the agreed pick-up point within a reasonable time and have not contacted us, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given.

Cancellations or Changes by Us

In the rare event that we need to cancel or significantly change your tour or transfer (for example, due to severe weather, vehicle breakdown, or circumstances beyond our control), we will offer you a full refund or a free reschedule, whichever you prefer.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
